Our scents are similar to and in no way affiliated with the original brand/designer. High quality ingredients are used to create fragrances with similar notes Designs and Marketing. 

All our wax melts are hand poured in small batches, the colours and designs may vary from the photographs. This does not effect the quality of the scent.  ​

If you have any special requests in regards to the design and colour please contact me and I will try my best to accomodate your request.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Products listed are in stock and will be dispatched next day if ordered prior to 6pm. This does not include custom made orders, dispatch time will be discussed on order.  ​

The courier used for deliveries is Royal mail. estimated delivery time is up to three working days. Delivery times are post dispatch estimates.  ​ Collection orders will be ready to be collected in line with the estimated dispatch times. 

Returns and Refunds

I pride myself on the quality of my melts. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received please contact us and we will do our best to rectify this. 

​Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging and including a short note to let us know the reason for the return. A full refund, excluding the return postage costs, will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

We accept no responsibility for items lost on the return journey, therefore we recommend that you use a ‘signed for’ or trackable service. ​

Snap Bars broken during transit will not be refunded.
